Pradeep Sinha

Pradeep Sinha is Head of Delivery at L2X, where he leads how customer projects are planned, governed and delivered. He joined L2X in 2026, bringing a career built on setting up professional services PMOs, project delivery frameworks and governance for the full project lifecycle.

He spent more than two decades at Cisco, most recently leading the Australia and New Zealand Professional Services project management team: more than 50 onshore and offshore project professionals delivering programs for enterprises, service providers, defence and government. Earlier at Cisco he managed technology implementations for service providers and enterprises, from data centre and core networking to security, as well as Cisco IOS software development projects.

More recently, Pradeep led digital transformation projects in the NSW public sector, including the Digital Case File program for the NSW Supreme Court and the Domestic Violence Reform project for the NSW Police Force.

He is known for bringing structure to complex, fast-moving environments, helping teams focus on what matters most and building on existing strengths to drive business outcomes. Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and is based in Sydney.
