Daiane Silvestre is Head of Corporate Services at L2X, where she leads finance, corporate AI and business services across the company. Her remit spans finance, operations, Talent & Culture, recruitment, quote-to-cash and business analysis, with a focus on innovation, operational excellence and supporting the leadership team in making fast, well-informed decisions.
She joined L2X in 2018 as Finance Manager and stepped into her current role in 2025. Before L2X, she built her career in finance in Brazil, moving from audit and accounts into financial control. Across more than 18 years, her work has covered financial modelling, reporting and analysis, lean implementation, budgeting and advisory.
Daiane is a Certified Practising Accountant with CPA Australia and a member of the Institute of Public Accountants. She holds a Master of Accounting and an MBA, and has completed Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy at MIT Sloan Executive Education. She is based in Sydney.
